WeRide to Report First Quarter 2026 Financial Results on Wednesday, May 13, 2026

(“WeRide” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: WRD; HKEX: 0800), a global leader in autonomous driving technology, today announced that it will release its unaudited financial results for the first quarter 2026 on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, before the open of the U.S. markets.

The Company’s management will host an earnings conference call at 8:00 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time on May 13, 2026 or 8:00 P.M. Hong Kong Time on the same day to discuss the results. Details for the conference call are as follows:
